The aim of renovating this flat in Sant Cugat del Vallès was to update the home and join the kitchen and dining room.

After the refurb, the kitchen now has more natural light and
has been opened up into a kitchen/dining room/living room.

We lowered the ceilings, we installed new windows and doors and completely refurbished the bathroom with clean, modern materials.

Rather than laying a new floor, we decided to preserve and polish the lovely original floor of the home that the owners liked so much.
