This detached house in the Mirasol district of Sant Cugat was completely refurbished to give the clients the space, light and flow its beautiful surroundings needed and that our clients wanted.

We renovated the cloakroom and bathroom with a clean, functional design, playing with different materials and textures.
We lowered the ceilings and installed recessed lighting. Far more discreet. We put in white lacquered doors and skirting.
We opted for a light, natural parquet floor, to give the home a warm, natural feel. The staircase was lined with the same material as the floor to bring continuity to the home.
