A complete renovation of the kitchen, two bathrooms and finishes to renew the essence of this family home.<\/h4>\n

Kitchen<\/h3>\n

When we entered this flat, we found a small, dark kitchen with very limited space. The clients, a couple who wanted to cook comfortably and have a small table for their daily meals, were looking for a functional solution without sacrificing design.<\/p>\n

The proposal was to slightly remove the wall facing the living room, gaining a few key centimetres to be able to place furniture on both sides without turning the kitchen into a corridor. We also opened an interior window that communicates with the living room, providing a feeling of openness and much more natural light.<\/p>\n

The kitchen was designed in a beige tone, with gola handles and chocolate-coloured skirting boards to give it depth and elegance. The dining area was resolved with a custom-made oak plywood bench, a practical and cosy solution adapted to the available space.<\/p>\n

General bathroom<\/h3>\n

This bathroom was designed to have a fresher and more casual touch. The protagonism lies in the shower tiles, small in format, laid in a semi herringbone pattern and in an aqua green colour that adds character and personality. To counterbalance and give visual amplitude, the rest of the walls were covered with neutral white tiles.<\/p>\n

The oak laminate furniture and the oval mirror add warmth and harmony to the space.<\/p>\n

Bathroom Suite<\/h3>\n

The clients wanted a clean, tidy and relaxing environment. To achieve this, off-white tiles were chosen for most of the space. To give a distinctive and more natural touch, the shower wall was clad with wood-look tiles.<\/p>\n

The cabinet, also in oak wood and with two large drawers, provides the storage capacity the couple needed. The large mirror completes the ensemble, multiplying the light and making the bathroom, despite its small size, feel spacious and cosy.<\/p>\n

Los clientes, una pareja que quer\u00eda cocinar con comodidad y tener una peque\u00f1a mesa para las comidas diarias, buscaban una soluci\u00f3n funcional sin renunciar al dise\u00f1o.<\/p>\r\n

La propuesta pas\u00f3 por retirar ligeramente la pared que daba al sal\u00f3n, ganando unos cent\u00edmetros clave para poder colocar mobiliario a ambos lados sin convertir la cocina en un pasillo. Tambi\u00e9n abrimos una ventana interior que comunica con el sal\u00f3n, aportando una sensaci\u00f3n de apertura y mucha m\u00e1s luz natural.<\/p>\r\n

La cocina se proyect\u00f3 en un tono beige, con tiradores tipo gola y z\u00f3calos en tono chocolate para darle profundidad y elegancia. La zona de comedor se resolvi\u00f3 con un banco hecho a medida en contrachapado de roble, una soluci\u00f3n pr\u00e1ctica y acogedora adaptada al espacio disponible.<\/p>\r\n

Ba\u00f1o general<\/h3>\r\n

Este ba\u00f1o se dise\u00f1\u00f3 para tener un toque m\u00e1s fresco y desenfadado. El protagonismo recae en las baldosas de la ducha, de formato peque\u00f1o, colocadas en semi espiga y en un color verde agua que aporta car\u00e1cter y personalidad. Para contrarrestar y dar amplitud visual, el resto de las paredes se revistieron con azulejos blancos neutros.<\/p>\r\n

El mobiliario, en laminado de madera de roble, y el espejo ovalado, aportan calidez y armon\u00eda al espacio.<\/p>\r\n

Ba\u00f1o Suite<\/h3>\r\n

Los clientes quer\u00edan un ambiente limpio, ordenado y relajante. Para conseguirlo, se eligieron baldosas en blanco roto para la mayor parte del espacio. Para dar un toque distintivo y m\u00e1s natural, la pared de la ducha se revisti\u00f3 con azulejo imitaci\u00f3n madera.<\/p>\r\n

El mueble, tambi\u00e9n en madera de roble y con dos grandes cajones, proporciona la capacidad de almacenamiento que necesitaba la pareja. El gran espejo completa el conjunto, multiplicando la luz y haciendo que el ba\u00f1o, a pesar de sus dimensiones reducidas, se sienta amplio y acogedor.<\/p>\r\n
