This flat did not have a foyer as such, but was a corridor leading to the living room. The clients wanted a welcoming space when they entered the house, with a bench where they could sit and take off their shoes, a shoe rack where they could leave them and hang their coats on hangers.<\/p>\n
As the only wall where we could place all this was the one with the installation cupboards, we decided to make a projection with wooden slats with a hidden door to access the installation cupboard. Just after the door we placed the hangers with the bench and a shoe cabinet, which we had to paint, as it fitted perfectly in terms of size but the colour didn’t suit us.<\/p>\n

In the living room, we used orac panels to cover the entire wall of the TV cabinet, which gives the space a lot of personality and warmth. Behind the sofa we made a projection with DM, as we had a radiator right where the sofa should be, which forced us to separate it too far from the wall. As for the furniture, we opted for elements with neutral tones and woods.<\/p>\n
The TV cabinet by Mobenia was custom-made and allowed us to have a small desk area as well. To give it a touch of design, we placed the black Tripod lamp by Santa Cole.<\/p>\n

For this room, we had a requirement to gain storage space, as the two existing wardrobes were not enough. Since it is a small room, the only space where we could place cupboards was in the headboard. That is why we designed a made-to-measure piece of furniture with several cupboards, with which we gained a lot of storage volume. We also made the headboard with orac plates.<\/p>\n
Finally, we placed shoe cabinets in the entrance hall, with a mirror and shelves for jewellery.<\/p>\n

For this room, we opted for furniture with neutral yet fun tones. The main furniture is wood or white, and we add touches of colour with alternative accessories and furniture. This way, if at some point you want to change the style of the room because the child grows up and gets tired of it, you don’t need to change the whole room. To add a fun touch and prevent the walls from getting dirty quickly, we paint half of the walls a darker shade and the rest a lighter shade.<\/p>\n

As the owners of the flat work from home, they needed a large desk and storage space. That’s why we made bespoke furniture to suit their needs 100%.<\/p>\n
On the other hand, they wanted a space to hang race bibs, as the owner is a big fan of running. As he has a lot of bibs and will continue to get more, we decided to make a cork wall painted in the same colour as the wall, so that the different bibs can be hung and their position adjusted as more are added.<\/p>\n

Este piso no ten\u00eda recibidor propiamente dicho, sino que era un pasillo que conduc\u00eda a la sala de estar. Los clientes quer\u00edan que al entrar a casa se encontraran con un espacio acogedor, con un banco donde poder sentarse y quitarse los zapatos, un zapatero donde dejarlos y perchas para colgar los abrigos.<\/p>\r\n
Como la \u00fanica pared donde pod\u00edamos ubicar todo esto era la que ten\u00eda los armarios de instalaciones, decidimos hacer un resalte con listones de madera con una puerta oculta para acceder a ese armario de instalaciones. Justo despu\u00e9s de la puerta colocamos las perchas con el banco y un mueble zapatero, que tuvimos que pintar, ya que encajaba perfectamente en t\u00e9rminos de tama\u00f1o pero el color no nos convenc\u00eda.<\/p>\r\n

En la sala de estar, a nivel de obra realizamos un revestimiento con placas de orac en toda la pared del mueble de la televisi\u00f3n, lo cual le otorga mucha personalidad y calidez al espacio. Detr\u00e1s del sof\u00e1 hicimos un resalte con DM, ya que ten\u00edamos un radiador justo donde deb\u00eda ir el sof\u00e1, lo que nos obligaba a separarlo demasiado de la pared. En cuanto al mobiliario, optamos por elementos con tonos neutros y maderas.<\/p>\r\n
El mueble de TV de Mobenia se hizo a medida y nos permiti\u00f3 tener tambi\u00e9n una peque\u00f1a zona de escritorio. Para darle un toque de dise\u00f1o, colocamos la l\u00e1mpara Tr\u00edpode de color negro de Santa Cole.<\/p>\r\n

Para esta habitaci\u00f3n, ten\u00edamos como requisito ganar espacio de almacenamiento, ya que los dos armarios existentes no eran suficientes. Dado que es una habitaci\u00f3n peque\u00f1a, el \u00fanico espacio donde pod\u00edamos colocar armarios era en el cabecero. Por eso dise\u00f1amos un mueble a medida con varios armarios, con los cuales ganamos mucho volumen de almacenamiento. Tambi\u00e9n realizamos el cabecero con placas de orac.<\/p>\r\n
Finalmente, colocamos muebles zapateros en la entrada, con un espejo y estanter\u00edas para joyas.<\/p>\r\n

Para esta habitaci\u00f3n, optamos por muebles con tonos neutros pero a la vez divertidos. El mobiliario principal es de madera o blanco, y agregamos toques de color con accesorios y muebles alternativos. De esta manera, si en alg\u00fan momento se desea cambiar el estilo de la habitaci\u00f3n porque el ni\u00f1o crece y se cansa de \u00e9l, no es necesario modificar toda la habitaci\u00f3n. Para agregar un toque divertido y evitar que las paredes se ensucien r\u00e1pidamente, pintamos la mitad de las paredes con un tono m\u00e1s oscuro y el resto con un tono m\u00e1s claro.<\/p>\r\n

Dado que los propietarios del piso trabajan desde casa, necesitaban un escritorio grande y espacio de almacenamiento. Es por eso que realizamos muebles a medida para que se adaptaran al 100% a sus necesidades.<\/p>\r\n
Por otro lado, deseaban un espacio para colgar dorsales de carreras, ya que el propietario es un gran aficionado a correr.
