Our aim was to completely transform this duplex, which had a very elongated floor plan with a compartmentalised and unconnected day area.<\/h4>\n

From the very first moment, it was clear to us that we wanted to turn the length of the spaces into a virtue that would give the project a unique and special character.<\/p>\n

Day area – Kitchen and Living room<\/h3>\n

In the day area, we managed to create a diaphanous but differentiated set, which allowed us to maintain a general visual of the whole area while each space retained its independence. The flow between the dining room and the kitchen towards the living area was established in a progressive manner, which contributed to a fluid and pleasant experience when passing through the environment.<\/p>\n

A space that feels spacious, bright and welcoming, ideal for enjoying family moments or receiving guests.<\/p>\n

Extra rooms<\/h3>\n

In addition to the impressive transformation of the day area and the bedroom suite, we would like to highlight the layout we have achieved in the other half of the ground floor, where the extra rooms are located.<\/p>\n

As we enter this area, we find a small oasis of modernity: a complete bathroom that has been designed to provide a relaxing and sophisticated atmosphere. Each element has been carefully selected to create a cosy and functional atmosphere.<\/p>\n

We have also incorporated a small room for the washing machine and dryer, thus optimising the available space and guaranteeing comfort and practicality in household chores.<\/p>\n

A single room and a double room, both with incredible natural light. We have made the most of the large windows to create bright and luminous spaces full of vitality. These rooms are perfect for resting, studying or enjoying moments of peace and quiet.<\/p>\n

Staircase to the upper floor<\/h3>\n

During the renovation of the duplex, we decided to make a significant change to the staircase, making it a striking centrepiece.<\/p>\n

The original staircase, which did not meet the aesthetic and functional expectations of the project, was replaced by a new semi-spiral staircase with a metal structure and custom-made wooden steps. This choice not only gave the staircase a modern and sophisticated look, but also improved the circulation and flow between the different floors of the duplex.<\/p>\n

The combination of metal and wood in the staircase creates an elegant and balanced contrast. The metal structure provides solidity and stability, while the wooden steps add warmth and naturalness to the environment. This custom staircase becomes a true piece of functional art, adding character and style to the whole space.<\/p>\n

Suite<\/h3>\n

La transformaci\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n fue evidente en la habitaci\u00f3n suite, que ocupa toda la planta superior. Al adentrarse en esta \u00e1rea, uno se encuentra con una secuencia de espacios cuidadosamente dise\u00f1ados. Desde el dormitorio, pasamos a una zona de ba\u00f1o y vestidor exquisitamente concebida, hasta llegar a la zona de descanso propiamente dicha. Esta transici\u00f3n gradual entre las distintas \u00e1reas crea una sensaci\u00f3n de intimidad y relajaci\u00f3n, convirtiendo la habitaci\u00f3n suite en un verdadero refugio personal.<\/p>\n

Desde el primer momento, tuvimos claro que quer\u00edamos convertir la longitud de los espacios en una virtud que dotara al proyecto de un car\u00e1cter \u00fanico y especial.<\/p>\r\n

Zona de d\u00eda - Cocina y Sala de estar<\/h3>\r\n

En la zona de d\u00eda, logramos crear un conjunto di\u00e1fano pero diferenciado, lo que nos permiti\u00f3 mantener una visual general de toda el \u00e1rea mientras cada espacio conservaba su independencia. El flujo entre el comedor y la cocina hacia la zona de estar se estableci\u00f3 de manera progresiva, lo que contribuy\u00f3 a una experiencia fluida y agradable al transitar por el ambiente.<\/p>\r\n

Un espacio que se siente amplio, luminoso y acogedor, ideal para disfrutar de momentos en familia o recibir invitados.<\/p>\r\n

Habitaciones extras<\/h3>\r\n

Adem\u00e1s de la impresionante transformaci\u00f3n de la zona de d\u00eda y la habitaci\u00f3n suite, queremos destacar la distribuci\u00f3n que hemos logrado en la otra mitad de la planta baja, donde se encuentran las habitaciones extras.<\/p>\r\n

Al adentrarnos en esta \u00e1rea, nos encontramos con un peque\u00f1o oasis de modernidad: un ba\u00f1o completo que ha sido dise\u00f1ado para brindar un ambiente relajante y sofisticado. Cada elemento ha sido cuidadosamente seleccionado para crear una atm\u00f3sfera acogedora y funcional.<\/p>\r\n

Tambi\u00e9n hemos incorporado una peque\u00f1a habitaci\u00f3n destinada a la lavadora y secadora, optimizando as\u00ed el espacio disponible y garantizando la comodidad y practicidad en las tareas dom\u00e9sticas.<\/p>\r\n

Una habitaci\u00f3n individual y una habitaci\u00f3n doble, ambas con una luz natural incre\u00edble. Hemos aprovechado al m\u00e1ximo los grandes ventanales para crear espacios luminosos y llenos de vitalidad. Estas habitaciones se convierten en espacios perfectos para descansar, estudiar o disfrutar de momentos de tranquilidad.<\/p>\r\n

Escalera al piso superior<\/h3>\r\n

Durante la renovaci\u00f3n del d\u00faplex, decidimos realizar un cambio significativo en la escalera, convirti\u00e9ndola en una pieza central y llamativa.<\/p>\r\n

La escalera original, que no cumpl\u00eda con las expectativas est\u00e9ticas y funcionales del proyecto, fue reemplazada por una nueva escalera de semi caracol con una estructura met\u00e1lica y pelda\u00f1os de madera hechos a medida. Esta elecci\u00f3n no solo le dio a la escalera un aspecto moderno y sofisticado, sino que tambi\u00e9n mejor\u00f3 la circulaci\u00f3n y el flujo entre las diferentes plantas del d\u00faplex.<\/p>\r\n

La combinaci\u00f3n del metal y la madera en la escalera crea un contraste elegante y equilibrado. La estructura met\u00e1lica proporciona solidez y estabilidad, mientras que los pelda\u00f1os de madera agregan calidez y naturalidad al ambiente. Esta escalera personalizada se convierte en una verdadera pieza de arte funcional, que a\u00f1ade car\u00e1cter y estilo a todo el espacio.<\/p>\r\n

Suite<\/h3>\r\n

La transformaci\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n fue evidente en la habitaci\u00f3n suite, que ocupa toda la planta superior. Al adentrarse en esta \u00e1rea, uno se encuentra con una secuencia de espacios cuidadosamente dise\u00f1ados. Desde el dormitorio, pasamos a una zona de ba\u00f1o y vestidor exquisitamente concebida, hasta llegar a la zona de descanso propiamente dicha. Esta transici\u00f3n gradual entre las distintas \u00e1reas crea una sensaci\u00f3n de intimidad y relajaci\u00f3n, convirtiendo la habitaci\u00f3n suite en un verdadero refugio personal.<\/p>\r\n
