Reforma integral de un \u00e1tico con terraza a 3 vientos situado en Rub\u00ed, con mucha luz, el cual no hab\u00eda sido reformado anteriormente.
\nEl objetivo del proyecto es reformar la cocina, los ba\u00f1os y cambiar los pavimentos.<\/h4>\n

Nuestra propuesta fue abrir la cocina al sal\u00f3n, aprovechando la luz e integrando ambas estancias, de manera que el espacio fuera mucho m\u00e1s \u00fatil y visualmente m\u00e1s amplio.
Modificamos la forma de la cocina, ampli\u00e1ndola y ganando el espacio de un armario que pertenec\u00eda, a la habitaci\u00f3n suite.<\/p>\n

La encimera es de granito de importaci\u00f3n, sobre la que descansa la placa de Flex-inducci\u00f3n, que, junto con los muebles de madera natural, con sistema PUSH, generan una cocina c\u00e1lida a la vez moderna.
Para aprovechar al m\u00e1ximo el espacio de almacenamiento se ha instalado un pulm\u00f3n en una esquina, qu\u00e9 proporciona comodidad para acceder a los utensilios mes lejanos.<\/p>\n

Los ba\u00f1os se han reformado en su totalidad, cambiando la ba\u00f1era por una ducha. Se han instalado las cisternas escondidas, generando una hornacina y dot\u00e1ndolos de un sistema de extracci\u00f3n por conductos, del cual no dispon\u00edan, para solucionar los problemas de humedad que se generaban.<\/p>\n

Por \u00faltimo, hemos instalado un pavimento nuevo a toda la vivienda, en tonalidades oscuras, teniendo en cuenta que la luz nos lo permit\u00eda.<\/p>\n
