El cliente nos solicit\u00f3 el proyecto para redise\u00f1ar la cocina y el ba\u00f1o de la suite.<\/p>\n
Quer\u00eda abrir la cocina al comedor por una raz\u00f3n muy importante: NO AISLAR A QUIEN EST\u00c9 COCINANDO DEL RESTO DE LA SALA, ES DECIR PODER INTERACTUAR ENTRE LA SALA Y LA COCINA. Durante el proyecto estudiamos la posibilidad de una barra dejando la mesa grande para reuniones familiares, qu\u00e9 finalmente se dise\u00f1\u00f3.<\/p>\n
En esta uni\u00f3n de cocina-comedor se tuvo muy en cuenta la uni\u00f3n de los techos, unificando las alturas de los mismos y repartiendo la iluminaci\u00f3n con luz c\u00e1lida de 3000K en diferentes l\u00edneas, una iluminaci\u00f3n perimetral sobre la mesa y luz focal a el resto del espacio, sustituyendo as\u00ed el falso techo existente en la cocina y el techo original al comedor.<\/p>\n
La zona de aguas, se encar\u00f3 hacia el comedor, separ\u00e1ndola con un vidrio transparente integrado en el Sapienstone y evitando as\u00ed salpicaduras.<\/p>\n
El mobiliario de la cocina se dise\u00f1\u00f3 en un acabado lacado mate de color gris (exterior) y la encimera en el porcel\u00e1nico de Sapienstone con los frontales ingletados de 4cm. Los electrodom\u00e9sticos, expresamente estudiados y elegidos por el propio cliente, incluyen una campana integrada en el mobiliario. Junto con la integraci\u00f3n del lavavajillas en la zona de agua.<\/p>\n
Como cambio importante, se hizo un nuevo cierre de aluminio en el exterior de la cocina para poder unificar la zona de lavado \/ plancha y la caldera. La uni\u00f3n entre el pavimento existente del comedor (paquete natural) y el nuevo pavimento porcel\u00e1nico de la cocina, se hace sin pletina, de manera que ambos pavimentos quedan al mismo nivel.<\/p>\n
Conseguimos as\u00ed un espacio mucho m\u00e1s amplio y luminoso!<\/p>\n
En el ba\u00f1o destacamos como cambio fundamental, la extracci\u00f3n de la ba\u00f1era y del bid\u00e9, lo que permite ganar espacio visual instalando un plato de ducha m\u00e1s oscura de dimensiones 100cm de ancho, construida en Corian y anulando el bid\u00e9, pudiendo ganar m\u00e1s espacio para el wc suspendido.<\/p>\n
El revestimiento de las paredes se hace en formato grande de 120x60cm de Roca colocado en vertical.
El mueble, acabado en laca blanca mate, presidido por una larga encimera tambi\u00e9n de Corian que integra el fregadero, sin uniones, de formato rectangular.<\/p>\n
Y por \u00faltimo, la iluminaci\u00f3n, tecnolog\u00eda led integrada en el techo con encendido independiente en la ducha, qu\u00e9 al igual que en la cocina, se decidi\u00f3 disfrutar de una luz c\u00e1lida de 3000K.<\/p>\n
