Los clientes, un matrimonio con los hijos ya independizados, se cambian de vivienda y se trasladan de Barcelona a Sant Cugat del Vall\u00e9s, a un piso de relativamente nueva construcci\u00f3n, pero algo deteriorado por el uso de anteriores inquilinos.<\/p>\n
Quer\u00edan hacer la cocina nueva, los ba\u00f1os y parquet. Su objetivo es tener un piso c\u00f3modo y pr\u00e1ctico. Se trata de una cuarta planta, lo cual permite disfrutar de mucha luz natural.<\/p>\n
Se reforma la cocina, consiguiendo el m\u00e1ximo espacio de almacenamiento, sin prescindir del espacio de trabajo, combinando mueble blanco con madera. Se dejan los dos accesos existentes a la cocina, uno desde el recibidor y el otro desde el sal\u00f3n \/ comedor para mayor comodidad, este \u00faltimo mediante una puerta corredera.<\/p>\n
Por otra parte, se hace una reforma integral del ba\u00f1o de la suite, cambiando la ba\u00f1era por un plato de ducha e instalando un sanitario in-wash. Se genera una zona de almacenamiento detr\u00e1s de la puerta acompa\u00f1ada de un espacio forrado en madera para romper con el blanco de fondo y disponer de un espacio para la decoraci\u00f3n. La encimera y el fregadero estan fabricados en korian.<\/p>\n
El ba\u00f1o de cortes\u00eda se actualiza cambiando el plato de ducha y mampara existentes por uno m\u00e1s cuadrado y c\u00f3modo.
Se instala un mueble de madera con un vol, el sanitario nuevo, y se forran las paredes con microcemento consiguiendo un acabado mucho m\u00e1s limpio y moderno.<\/p>\n
Finalmente, se cambia todo el parqu\u00e9 de la vivienda y se cambian puertas de accesos y armarios por unas de color blanco incluyendo tiradores.<\/p>\n
