You would never guess it, but project Margot was once a tiny, 36.54 m2<\/sup> dental clinic. The owners wanted to transform these premises into an open-plan home with functional spaces.<\/p>\n

To achieve this we laid out the available space to obtain an open-plan kitchen-dining-living room and a bedroom-studio with its own bathroom.
We rewired everything, laid laminate parquet flooring and added white lacquered doors.<\/p>\n

The result was a small but well-designed, modern flat.<\/p>\n
