Aquesta reforma integral va convertir el pis en una llar funcional i connectada. Per guanyar amplitud i potenciar la llum natural, es va eliminar l’habitaci\u00f3 contigua a la cuina i es va integrar la zona de dia, creant un sal\u00f3 i menjador m\u00e9s amplis i connectats.<\/p>\n
La nova distribuci\u00f3 ofereix un entorn acollidor i pr\u00e0ctic on cada rac\u00f3 s’integra i reflecteix l’estil de vida dels seus habitants.<\/p>\n

Al rebedor acollidor, que actua com a eix central i connecta amb l’habitatge, els materials c\u00e0lids i el mobiliari de fusta creen una primera impressi\u00f3 harmoniosa. El nou paviment unifica visualment els espais, mentre que les llums LED integrades al terra guien suaument el recorregut, aportant modernitat i funcionalitat.<\/p>\n

Vam actualitzar el lavabo de cortesia per oferir un espai c\u00f2mode i pr\u00e0ctic per a la fam\u00edlia i les visites. La combinaci\u00f3 de rajola amb motiu hidr\u00e0ulic i microciment continu aporta una lectura contempor\u00e0nia sense perdre el car\u00e0cter cl\u00e0ssic del pis a Barcelona. El resultat \u00e9s un espai redu\u00eft per\u00f2 elegant, funcional i harmoni\u00f3s, en perfecta sintonia amb la resta de l’habitatge.<\/p>\n

El punt de partida d’aquesta reforma estava clar: l’habitatge necessitava una zona de dia ampla, connectada i banyada de llum natural. Per aconseguir-ho, es va eliminar l’habitaci\u00f3 contigua al menjador i\u00a0l\u2019env\u00e0 que separava la cuina, guanyant metres i permetent unir cuina i menjador en un \u00fanic ambient.<\/p>\n
La cuina, abans tancada i poc pr\u00e0ctica, es va transformar completament. En obrir-la al menjador, es va crear un espai fluid on tota la fam\u00edlia pot estar connectada, compartir moments i gaudir de m\u00e9s amplitud. La incorporaci\u00f3 d’una illa central aporta funcionalitat i es converteix en el cor de la llar, un punt de trobada diari per a grans i petits.<\/p>\n
La nova distribuci\u00f3 potencia la llum natural, integrant cuina i menjador amb la resta de l’habitatge, i amb un ambient c\u00e0lid i acollidor per a tota la fam\u00edlia.<\/p>\n

La sala d’estar es va transformar en un espai ampli i connectat amb la cuina-menjador, aprofitant al m\u00e0xim la llum natural que inunda a tota la zona de dia. En eliminar la paret de l’habitaci\u00f3 contigua i crear un armari\/vitrina a mida, es va guanyar espai d’emmagatzematge sense restar amplitud ni comoditat.<\/p>\n
El nou paviment laminat de fusta, present gaireb\u00e9 a tot l’habitatge excepte als banys, unifica visualment el sal\u00f3 amb la resta dels espais, aportant calidesa i continu\u00eftat.<\/p>\n
Per a la clienta era molt important que l’espai fos c\u00e0lid. Per aix\u00f2 es van triar tons clars i fusta per al mobiliari, juntament amb teixits naturals com la r\u00e0fia i el lli en coixins i cortines, creant un ambient acollidor i harmoni\u00f3s.<\/p>\n

El bany principal, juntament amb el lavabo, es va renovar combinant microciment i rajoles d’imitaci\u00f3 hidr\u00e0ulica, equilibrant tradici\u00f3 i modernitat. Tots dos espais guanyen continu\u00eftat, netedat visual i funcionalitat, adaptant-se a les necessitats de la fam\u00edlia sense perdre l’ess\u00e8ncia de la llar.<\/p>\n

Un armari de paret a paret transforma l’habitaci\u00f3, maximitzant l’espai d’emmagatzematge en aquest dormitori estret i redu\u00eft. El llit abatible de 130 cm permet que l’habitaci\u00f3 s’adapti f\u00e0cilment a les necessitats de la fam\u00edlia, combinant funcionalitat i comoditat en un sol espai. D’aquesta manera, aconseguim tot l’emmagatzematge que la clienta necessitava i un lloc on poder acollir fills o n\u00e9ts quan calgui.<\/p>\n
