Cuina<\/h3>\n

Aquesta reforma comen\u00e7a amb una voluntat molt clara: transformar una cuina petita i tancada en un espai ampli i acollidor on una fam\u00edlia de quatre pogu\u00e9s fer vida.<\/p>\n

La proposta va comen\u00e7ar amb una decisi\u00f3 estructural important: ajuntar la cuina original amb una habitaci\u00f3 annexa per guanyar metres, llum i connexi\u00f3 visual amb la resta de l’habitatge. Aquest nou espai ens va permetre integrar una gran porta de vidre que comunica la cuina amb la zona de dia i multiplica la llum natural.<\/p>\n

Vam dividir la cuina en dues zones funcionals: una zona de treball amb pen\u00ednsula i barra, i una zona de menjador amb grans armaris per a l\u2019emmagatzematge i una petita zona office<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Pel que fa als acabats, vam buscar l\u2019equilibri entre la calidesa i la sobrietat: mobles blancs amb gola i s\u00f2cols a joc a la zona de treball, i fusta natural de roure per a la zona de menjador.<\/p>\n

Bany<\/h3>\n

El bany original era ampli, per\u00f2 amb una distribuci\u00f3 poc eficient. Un env\u00e0 separava la dutxa i les rajoles fosques restaven llum a l\u2019espai. Vam enderrocar el tabic i vam instal\u00b7lar un plat de dutxa gran amb una mampara de vidre fixa per obrir visualment l\u2019espai.<\/p>\n

Per refor\u00e7ar la funcionalitat, vam construir un muret a 120 cm del terra, acabat amb porcell\u00e0nic blanc, que serveix com a prestatge per a sabons i accessoris. El conjunt es completa amb rajoles clares a terra i parets, un moble laminat de roure i un mirall gran que amplifica la sensaci\u00f3 d\u2019amplitud.<\/p>\n

Els sanitaris i les aixetes, tots encastats, aporten una imatge moderna i neta.<\/p>\n

Una reforma pensada per gaudir del dia a dia amb m\u00e9s espai, m\u00e9s llum i m\u00e9s calidesa.<\/b><\/p>\n

Cocina<\/h3>\r\n

Esta reforma parte de una voluntad muy clara: transformar una cocina peque\u00f1a y cerrada en un espacio amplio y acogedor donde una familia de cuatro pudiera vivir su d\u00eda a d\u00eda.<\/p>\r\n

La propuesta comenz\u00f3 con una decisi\u00f3n estructural importante: unir la cocina original con una habitaci\u00f3n anexa para ganar metros, luz y conexi\u00f3n visual con el resto de la vivienda. Este nuevo espacio permiti\u00f3 integrar una gran puerta de cristal, que comunica la cocina con la zona de d\u00eda y multiplica la entrada de luz natural.<\/p>\r\n

Distribuimos la cocina en dos zonas funcionales: una zona de trabajo con pen\u00ednsula y barra, y una zona de comedor con grandes armarios para almacenamiento y una peque\u00f1a zona office.<\/p>\r\n

En cuanto a los acabados, buscamos el equilibrio entre calidez y sobriedad: muebles blancos con tiradores tipo gola y z\u00f3calos a juego en la zona de trabajo, y madera natural de roble en la zona de comedor.<\/p>\r\n

Ba\u00f1o<\/h3>\r\n

El ba\u00f1o original era amplio, pero con una distribuci\u00f3n poco eficiente. Un tabique separaba la ducha y las baldosas oscuras restaban luz al espacio. Derribamos el tabique e instalamos un plato de ducha grande con una mampara de vidrio fija para abrir visualmente el espacio.<\/p>\r\n

Para reforzar la funcionalidad, construimos un murete a 120 cm del suelo, acabado en porcel\u00e1nico blanco, que sirve como estante para jabones y accesorios. El conjunto se completa con baldosas claras en suelo y paredes, un mueble laminado de roble y un espejo grande que amplifica la sensaci\u00f3n de amplitud.<\/p>\r\n

Los sanitarios y los grifos, ambos empotrados, aportan una imagen moderna y limpia.<\/p>\r\n
