Els clients ens van demanar un projecte d\u2019interiorisme integral que inclogu\u00e9s la sala d\u2019estar, la cuina, l\u2019habitaci\u00f3 principal i un estudi, buscant una transformaci\u00f3 completa i funcional de la seva llar.<\/h4>\n

Cuina<\/h3>\n
Ens van sol\u00b7licitar que obr\u00edssim al m\u00e0xim la cuina a la sala d\u2019estar, per\u00f2 amb la possibilitat de tancar-la en moments puntuals.<\/div>\n
Per aix\u00f2, la nostra proposta va ser optar per tirar la paret que les connectava i instal\u00b7lar un tancament de vidre amb portes de tipus acordi\u00f3, cosa que proporciona flexibilitat i lluminositat a l’espai. D’aquesta manera, es pot tenir privacitat encara que els espais estiguin separats per\u00f2, connectats visualment. No obstant aix\u00f2, la llum natural acapara tota la cuina i la sala d’estar, d’aquesta manera s’aconsegueix un major estalvi energ\u00e8tic.<\/div>\n

Sala d’estar<\/h3>\n
A causa de les dimensions redu\u00efdes de la sala i la necessitat d\u2019emmagatzemar una gran quantitat de llibres, vam dissenyar tot el mobiliari a mida. Aix\u00ed, vam crear una prestatgeria amb acabat lacat del mateix to de la paret i un moble de TV de contraxapat de roure, aconseguint una integraci\u00f3 harm\u00f2nica i funcional.<\/div>\n
A m\u00e9s, com que la casa no tenia rebedor, vam dissenyar un separador de llistons de fusta per diferenciar la porta d\u2019entrada de la zona del sof\u00e0, aportant privacitat i un toc est\u00e8tic.<\/div>\n

Habitaci\u00f3<\/h3>\n
A l\u2019habitaci\u00f3 principal, vam dividir l’espai en dues zones:<\/div>\n
    \n
  • Zona de vestidor: amb armaris a mida lacats i amb motllures.<\/li>\n
  • Zona de descans: decorada amb paper de paret per a crear un ambient m\u00e9s c\u00e0lid i acollidor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
    Pel que fa al mobiliari, les tauletes de nit s\u00f3n de fibra sint\u00e8tica amb estructura de metall a la base de color negre i un suport alt. El llit \u00e9s de matrimoni, de primera qualitat. Les catifes s\u00f3n de llana, materials de llarga durada que aconsegueixen una perfecta combinaci\u00f3 entre modern i confortable. Mentre que la c\u00f2moda est\u00e0 feta a m\u00e0, de fusta amb accessoris de detalls de bronze.<\/div>\n
    Finalment, a l’estudi, vam afegir un armari per complementar l’espai d’emmagatzematge de roba que faltava a l’habitaci\u00f3 principal. Tamb\u00e9 vam dissenyar un escriptori a mida per crear una \u00e0rea de treball pr\u00e0ctica i funcional. Per tal de tenir un llit supletori, vam incorporar una butaca llit, assegurant aix\u00ed la versatilitat de l’espai. En un espai com aquest, juguem molt amb les mides dels mobles perqu\u00e8 es pugui fer servir com una habitaci\u00f3 de convidats o, com en aquest cas, com a estudi o petita oficina.
    Aquest projecte ha estat una oportunitat per a demostrar la nostra capacitat d’adaptaci\u00f3 a les necessitats dels clients, creant espais a mida que combinen efici\u00e8ncia, estil i confort.<\/div>\n

    Exterior<\/h3>\n
    A l’exterior de la casa vam fer una restauraci\u00f3 arquitect\u00f2nica, on ens vam centrar a revitalitzar la fa\u00e7ana d’un habitatge unifamiliar seguint l’estil modernista, utilitzant un revestiment de morter acr\u00edlic que ofereix tant protecci\u00f3 com una aparen\u00e7a est\u00e8tica. Aquest material, conegut per la seva durabilitat i versatilitat en acabats, el vam aplicar juntament amb emmarcaments perimetrals que destaquen i defineixen l’estructura de l’edifici. A m\u00e9s, vam incorporar noves baranes ornamentals de forja, que aporten un toc cl\u00e0ssic i elegant amb els seus dissenys intricats, complementant aix\u00ed la restauraci\u00f3 amb detalls refinats.<\/div>\n

    L’\u00fas de cobremurs de pedra natural de gres refor\u00e7a la qualitat i l’est\u00e8tica del projecte, proporcionant una textura i un color naturals que aporten un car\u00e0cter atemporal a la fa\u00e7ana. La nostra elecci\u00f3 d’aquests materials i el disseny detallat reflecteixen el nostre comprom\u00eds amb l’autenticitat hist\u00f2rica, buscant no nom\u00e9s preservar l’estil modernista original, sin\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 adaptar l’estructura a les necessitats contempor\u00e0nies sense perdre la seva ess\u00e8ncia hist\u00f2rica.<\/div>\n
