Unificar dos habitatges en una per a crear un lux\u00f3s pis de 142 m\u00b2 en el mateix centre de Barcelona.<\/h4>\n

Aquesta reforma integral estava condicionada per la pr\u00f2pia arquitectura de l’edifici, ja que els dos pisos s’unien per un llarg i estret passad\u00eds. Aquest passad\u00eds es va aprofitar per a separar de manera natural les zones di\u00fcrnes i nocturnes.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Rebedor i distribu\u00efdor<\/h3>\n

A trav\u00e9s d’un disseny intel\u00b7ligent, vam aconseguir respectar l’estructura existent al mateix temps que cre\u00e0vem un espai de vida c\u00f2mode i modern.<\/p>\n

El desafiament era combinar a la perfecci\u00f3 els espais dels dos pisos, una gesta que vam assolir aprofitant el passad\u00eds estret i llarg, que serveix com una divisi\u00f3 natural entre la zona de dia i la zona de nit.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Sala d’estar<\/h3>\n

La fa\u00e7ana principal es va transformar en una gran sala d’estar i cuina semioberta amb vista a la ciutat. Sala d’estar, menjador i zona de lectura o per a escoltar m\u00fasica queden clarament separats gr\u00e0cies al mobiliari de KM0 que marca cada zona. El mobiliari, tot dissenyat i realitzat en empreses nacionals, destaca per la seva alta qualitat i disseny minimalista.<\/p>\n

Una acollidora \u00e0rea d’oficina, amagada en aquesta part central de l’edifici, ens va oferir la possibilitat de crear un lloc per treballar des de casa sense comprometre l’espai disponible.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Cuina<\/h3>\n

El protagonista de tot l’interiorisme de l’habitatge \u00e9s el color negre, que es repeteix en cadascuna de les estances. El color xocolata del mobiliari de la cuina, contrastant amb el to clar de les parets, ajuda a potenciar la llum natural que entra a trav\u00e9s de la gran porta de ferro negre vidrada.<\/p>\n

Amb molt d’espai d’emmagatzematge, hi destaca la gran pen\u00ednsula que funciona tant com a zona de treball com per menjar, sopar o prendre alguna cosa amb els convidats.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Suite<\/h3>\n

El primer que crida l’atenci\u00f3 en aquesta suite s\u00f3n els mobles de fusta negra que aporten un toc a l’interiorisme. El bany, amb la paret divis\u00f2ria de vidre fumat, li dona un aspecte m\u00e9s modern mantenint intacta la privacitat. L’armari personalitzat ofereix molt espai per a totes les seves pertinences.<\/p>\n

Habitacions Extres<\/h3>\n

Les 2 habitacions dobles que t\u00e9 aquest pis estan dissenyades amb mobles a mida que es van crear per encaixar dins dels l\u00edmits de les dues habitacions dobles, creant un efecte visual interessant sense saturar l’espai. Es van utilitzar materials de qualitat a tot arreu, com la fusta massissa, donant personalitat a cada habitaci\u00f3 sense restar valor a l’est\u00e8tica minimalista general.<\/p>\n

A m\u00e9s, es va prestar especial atenci\u00f3 a les llums i als complements perqu\u00e8 combinessin harmoniosament tant amb el mobiliari com amb la decoraci\u00f3.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Il\u00b7luminaci\u00f3<\/h3>\n

La il\u00b7luminaci\u00f3 no nom\u00e9s t\u00e9 un impacte est\u00e8tic en cada habitaci\u00f3, sin\u00f3 que tamb\u00e9 \u00e9s una gran eina per a superposar i crear atmosferes diferents. En aquest pis s’ha aprofitat aquest fet en afegir accessoris d’il\u00b7luminaci\u00f3 \u00fanics en cada \u00e0rea, habitaci\u00f3 o passad\u00eds. Aquest esquema d’il\u00b7luminaci\u00f3 emfatitza la modernitat i la grandesa del pis, al mateix temps que ofereix subtils tocs de luxe.<\/p>\n

La seva connectivitat dom\u00f2tica permet als propietaris ajustar les llums de qualsevol habitaci\u00f3 en qualsevol moment sense haver de despla\u00e7ar-se.<\/p>\n
