L’objectiu principal ha estat crear una planta m\u00e9s oberta, amb espais amplis i lluminosos.<\/h4>\n

Quan els propietaris van comprar aquesta casa, es van trobar amb una planta baixa molt compartimentada, amb espais petits i foscos. En aquesta reforma integral es van enderrocar tots els marcs de les portes, deixant nom\u00e9s la porta del bany de cortesia, la del garatge i la de la cuina.<\/p>\n

Cuina<\/h3>\n
Un dels requisits dels propietaris era que la cuina fos semioberta, aix\u00ed que vam optar per fer una gran porta corredissa de ferro a quarterons. Per donar-li encara m\u00e9s llum, vam decidir enderrocar l’env\u00e0 que la comunicava amb la sala d’estar, dissenyant una finestra de guillotina, tamb\u00e9 de ferro a quarterons, a mitja al\u00e7ada. Gr\u00e0cies a aix\u00f2, aconseguim tenir una cuina oberta a la sala d’estar amb possibilitat de tancar-se f\u00e0cilment.<\/div>\n

El nou mobiliari de cuina Dica en to blanc modernitza l’espai i, juntament amb la combinaci\u00f3 del taulell de Neolith i les lleixes de fusta en to roure, obtenim el to c\u00e0lid que ens demanava el nostre client.<\/div>\n

Rebedor i Distribuidor<\/h3>\n

En el rebedor vam pintar les portes de l’armari encastat i el vam modernitzar amb uns poms nous. Dissenyem un estant de fusta a l’altre costat, per tenir un espai on deixar les claus en arribar a casa.<\/p>\n

Per altra banda, al distribu\u00efdor\u00a0vam conservar el moble de calaixos, vam decapar la tapa per obtenir un color de fusta natural i i vam pintar tot el cos de color blanc.<\/p>\n

Sala d’estar<\/h3>\n

En aquest gran espai, vam dissenyar el mobiliari a mida, tant pel moble de la televisi\u00f3 de la sala d’estar, com en a les prestatgeries de pladur i fusta de roure de la zona del menjador. Aquest mobiliari el combinem amb dues llums de disseny TTM de Santa&Cole, una de peu i l’altra de sobretaula, per donar un toc de disseny a l’espai.<\/p>\n

Per donar a l’espai un toc m\u00e9s acollidor, vam optar per unes cortines de lli acompanyades d’un to taup\u00e9<\/em> a totes les parets.<\/p>\n

Bany<\/h3>\n

El bany de cortesia era un espai petit i amb les parets en diagonal, cosa que el feia molt especial a l’hora de dissenyar el mobiliari. Per tal d’aprofitar cada cent\u00edmetre, vam realitzar unes lleixes de fusta a mida amb una pica sobre el taulell. Per modernitzar l’espai, vam posar l\u2019aixeta i els accessoris d’estil industrial amb un acabat negre mat.<\/p>\n
