L\u2019eix principal d\u2019aquest projecte ha sigut la remodelaci\u00f3 de la cuina, les escales, els banys, el dormitori, i el canvi del parquet i l\u2019alumini.<\/h4>\n

[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_divider color=”#5f6062″ _builder_version=”4.9.4″ custom_margin=”||50px||false|false” global_colors_info=”{}”][\/et_pb_divider][et_pb_text _builder_version=”4.14.7″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}”]El pis est\u00e0 ubicat a la zona del Monestir de Sant Cugat del Vall\u00e8s, i consta de dues plantes.<\/p>\n

En aquest pis hi viu una parella jove que, han volgut una donar un aire m\u00e9s obert i llumin\u00f3s al seu pis.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Cuina<\/h3>\n

Abans de la reforma la cuina era molt fosca perqu\u00e8 estava tancada i nom\u00e9s tenia una finestra que donava a un cel obert. Aix\u00ed doncs, vam tapiar la finestra antiga i vam fer la cuina semioberta amb una porta corredoria i un finestral que comunica amb el menjador, i que permet que hi entri tota la llum. La porta i el finestral s\u00f3n d\u2019un estil industrial que juga amb el color negre, per contrastar amb el marbre blanc de la cuina i amb el mobiliari al\u00e7at de fusta fosca.<\/p>\n

Escales<\/h3>\n

Pel que fa a les escales, es van cobrir amb el mateix parquet que el del terra, i s\u2019hi va posar un vidre com a barana a la planta de dalt. Aix\u00ed, els hi don\u00e0vem continu\u00eftat i les f\u00e8iem m\u00e9s obertes.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Banys<\/h3>\n

El bany de la planta baixa es va pintar i s’hi van posar rajoles hidr\u00e0uliques al terra. Al bany de dalt vam crear una combinaci\u00f3 de rajoles, posant les del terra, grans i llises d’un color gris c\u00e0lid, i les de la paret, grans i blanques contrastades amb altres d’estil de metre de color verd caqui. Es va il\u00b7luminar aquest espai fent servir una llum darrere del mirall.<\/p>\n

Dormitori<\/h3>\n

Al dormitori tamb\u00e9 es va repintar, s\u2019hi va fer un armari emportat a mida, i s\u2019hi va canviar l\u2019alumini de les finestres. Es juga amb el contrast del color blanc i el color de la fusta del parquet i del ventilador.
