La distribuci\u00f3 del pis partia d\u2019un acc\u00e9s central amb dos passadissos laterals que distribu\u00efen a les habitacions.<\/p>\n
Els clients demanen prescindir del passadissos petits i\/o estrets, tenir una cuina oberta, disposar de 3 habitacions (abans 4), i en general, mes amplitud d\u2019espais. A nivell estructural ens vam trobar amb pilars, alguns d\u2019ells estaven amagats dins dels antics banys i al fer l\u2019enderroc van quedar vistos en determinats punts. Gr\u00e0cies al mobiliari han quedat amagats.<\/p>\n
La nostre proposta cap als clients es la seg\u00fcent:<\/p>\n
Un condicionant per part dels clients va ser la presencia del color negre, quin s\u2019ha aplicat a la cuina i al bany de la suite, fent la resta amb tonalitats clares per permetre claror.<\/p>\n
Per unificar rebedor i cuina s\u2019han panel.lat les parets a joc amb el mobiliari i s\u2019han instal\u00b7lat les portes de tota la vivenda en acabat blanc lacat, tret de la divis\u00f2ria entre la cuina i el rebedor on s\u2019ha instal.lat un quarterons lacats blancs i de vidre.<\/p>\n
A la cuina s\u2019ha instal.lat una barra combinant laca negre texturada amb fusta de roure, un taulell de porcell\u00e0nic negre RAK, nevera americana, amb columna forn, microones, placa teppan-yaki i placa d\u2019inducci\u00f3.<\/p>\n
Les habitacions s\u2019han fet a mida:
\nLes dels nens amb acabat laminat de diferents tons basats en grisos i visons.<\/p>\n
I la suite feta a mida tamb\u00e9, pensant en que originalment hi havia una columna just davant del frontal del llit, s\u2019ha integrat en un armari de m\u00e0xima profunditat i amb integraci\u00f3 de la TV vista. Un tocador combinant la fusta de roure amb laca to grisos. Els armaris del vestidor lacats, i per darrera panel.lat amb integraci\u00f3 de llums que senyalitzen el terra.<\/p>\n
En el bany suite s\u2019ha instal.lat un plat de dutxa de 2 x 1 metres en resina negre, color que s\u2019ha utilitzat en general destacant nomes el moble de bany en blanc. S\u2019ha aprofitat la part del damunt de la cisterna per posar un armari de portes lacades de poca profunditat i combinant la laca blanca amb fusta de roure. Les rajoles son de 75 x 75.<\/p>\n
En el moment de fer la distribuci\u00f3, s\u2019ha hagut de pensar en com dissimular els tubs dels conductes de desaig\u00fce comuns, quins han quedat al darrera del mobiliari.<\/p>\n
El bany cortesia s\u2019ha revestit en tons blaus i combinat amb fusta de roure.<\/p>\n
El paviment de la vivienda es un Quick Step roure clar, s\u00e8rie magestic de gran format, exceptuant la zona de rentat que va pavimentada amb porcell\u00e0nic imitaci\u00f3 hidr\u00e0ulic.<\/p>\n
La carpinteria exterior, tamb\u00e9 s\u2019ha canviat en al seva totalitat per petici\u00f3 dels clients, amb un gran a\u00efllament ac\u00fastic donat que passa el tren aprop. Les finestres del menjador son bicolor lacades amb marc d\u2019alumini minimalista, interior en acabat gris i exterior en acabat blanc.
\nS\u2019ha instal.lat un aire acondicionat per conductes, reduint el fals sostre, al m\u00e0xim que permetia la instal.laci\u00f3.<\/p>\n
Pel que fa a la il\u00b7luminaci\u00f3, s\u2019han instal.lat tires de leds en distribu\u00efdors i cuina, i a la resta d\u2019estances amb focus orientables amb llum led 3000 K.<\/p>\n

La vivienda consta de 135 metros cuadrados aproximadamente, es una 3\u00aa planta con unas espectaculares vistas al mar y no hab\u00eda sufrido ninguna reforma anteriormente.<\/p>
La distribuci\u00f3n del piso part\u00eda de un acceso central con dos pasillos laterales que distribu\u00edan en las habitaciones.<\/p>
Los clientes piden prescindir de los pasillos peque\u00f1os y\/o estrechos, tener una cocina abierta, disponer de 3 habitaciones (antes 4), y en general, m\u00e1s amplitud de espacios.
Estructuralmente nos encontramos con pilares, y algunos de ellos estaban escondidos dentro de los antiguos ba\u00f1os y al hacer el escombro quedaron vistos en determinados puntos. Gracias al mobiliario les han quedado escondidos.<\/p>
Nuestra propuesta hacia los clientes es la siguiente:<\/p>
Un condicionante por parte de los clientes fue la presencia del color negro, cu\u00e1l se ha aplicado a la cocina y al ba\u00f1o de la suite, haciendo el resto con tonalidades claras para permitir claridad.<\/p>
Para unificar recibidor y cocina se ha\u00a0panelado\u00a0las paredes a juego con el mobiliario y se ha instalado las puertas de toda la vivienda despu\u00e9s blanco lacado, sacado de la divisoria entre la cocina y el recibidor donde se ha instalado unos\u00a0cuarterones\u00a0lacados blancos y de vidrio.<\/p>
A la cocina se ha instalado una barra combinando laca negra\u00a0texturada\u00a0con madera de roble, un azulejo de\u00a0porcell\u00e0nic\u00a0negro\u00a0RAK, nevera americana, con columna horno, microondas, placa\u00a0teppan-yaki\u00a0y placa de inducci\u00f3n.<\/p>
Las habitaciones se han hecho a medida:<\/p>
Las de los ni\u00f1os con acabado laminado de diferentes tonos basados en grises y visones.<\/p>
Y la suite hecha a medida tambi\u00e9n, pensando que originalmente hab\u00eda una columna justo ante el frontal de la cama, se ha integrado en un armario de m\u00e1xima profundidad y con integraci\u00f3n de la TV vista. Un tocador combinando la madera de roble con laca tono gris. Los armarios del vestuario lacados, y por detr\u00e1s panel\u00b7lat con integraci\u00f3n de luces que se\u00f1alizan el suelo.<\/p>
En el ba\u00f1o suite se ha instalado un plato de ducha de 2 x 1 metro en resina negro, color que se ha utilizado en general destacando solo el mueble de ba\u00f1o en blanco. Se ha aprovechado la parte del encima de la cisterna para posar un armario de puertas lacadas de poca profundidad y combinando la laca blanca con madera de roble. Las baldosas son de 75 x 75.<\/p>
El ba\u00f1o de cortes\u00eda se ha revestido en tonos azules y combinado con madera de roble.<\/p>
El pavimento de la vivienda es un Quick Step roble claro, serie magestic de gran formato, exceptuando la zona de lavado que va pavimentada con porcell\u00e0nic imitaci\u00f3n hidr\u00e1ulico.<\/p>
La carpinteria exterior, tambi\u00e9n se ha cambiado completamente por petici\u00f3n de los clientes, con un gran aislamiento ac\u00fastico dado que pasa el tren cerca. Las ventanas del comedor son bicolor lacadas con marco de aluminio minimalista, interior despu\u00e9s gris y exterior despu\u00e9s blanco.<\/p>
Se ha instalado un aire acondicionado por conductas, reduciendo el falso techo, en el m\u00e1ximo que permit\u00eda la instalaci\u00f3n.<\/p>
En cuanto a la iluminaci\u00f3n, se ha instalado tiras de ledes en distribuidores y cocina, y en el resto de aposentos con focos orientables con luz led 3000\u202fK.<\/p>
Por \u00faltimo, el comedor ir\u00e1 vestido con un mueble dise\u00f1ado a medida, seg\u00fan necesidades de los clientes, utilizando tonos blancos y roble como el resto de la vivienda.<\/p>
