Els propietaris volien canviar la distribuci\u00f3 per fer el m\u00e0xim d’habitacions possibles i aprofitar b\u00e9 l’espai. Donada la quantitat de parets de c\u00e0rrega que tenia, es va fer dif\u00edcil adaptar els espais d’una forma \u00f2ptima.<\/p>\n
Es proposa fer una cuina oberta al menjador, ampliant el pas existent, en acabat blanc laminat i rajola de silestone, tamb\u00e9 en tonalitat blanca, i un paviment imitaci\u00f3 hidr\u00e0ulic de la marca Roca.<\/p>\n
S’amplia el bany, incloent una zona de rentat, instal\u00b7lant un plat de dutxa i mobles suspesos. Tamb\u00e9 s’amplia la finestra per aconseguir m\u00e9s llum natural. El paviment del bany, s’utilitza el mateix que el de la cuina.<\/p>\n
Dues habitacions dobles i sala d’estar.
S’habilita un espai a la fi del passad\u00eds com a estudi \/ despatx.
La resta del pis es pavimenta amb un parquet sint\u00e8tic.<\/p>\n
Donat el dest\u00ed de l’habitatge, no es posen mobles, ni tampoc electrodom\u00e8stics.<\/p>\n
