L\u2019objectiu era aconseguir un pis c\u00f2mode i pr\u00e0ctic. El projecte implica reformar la cuina, els banys i el parquet.

Els clients, un matrimoni amb els fills ja independitzats, es canvien de vivenda i es muden de Barcelona a Sant Cugat del Vall\u00e8s, a un pis de relativament de nova construcci\u00f3, per\u00f2 deteriorat per l\u2019\u00fas d\u2019un anteriors inquilins.<\/p>\n

Volien fer la cuina nova, els banys i parquet. El seu objectiu es tenir un pis c\u00f2mode i pr\u00e0ctic. Es tracta d\u2019un 4t pis, quin permet gaudir de molta llum natural.<\/p>\n

Es reforma la cuina, aconseguint el m\u00e0xim espai per emmagatzematge, sense prescindir d\u2019espai de treball, combinant moble blanc amb fusta. Es deixen els dos accessos existents a la cuina, un des del rebedor i l\u2019altre des del sal\u00f3\/menjador per mes comoditat, aquest \u00faltim mitjan\u00e7ant una porta corredissa.<\/p>\n

Per una altre banda, es fa una reforma integra del bany de la suite canviant la banyera per un plat de dutxa i instal\u00b7lant un sanitari in-wash. Es genera una zona d\u2019emmagatzematge al darrera de la porta acompanyada d\u2019un espai folrat en fusta per trencar amb el blanc de fons i disposar d\u2019un espai per a la decoraci\u00f3. El taulell i la pica son fabricats en korian.<\/p>\n

El bany de cortesia s\u2019actualitza canviant el plat de dutxa i mampara existents per un mes quadrat i c\u00f2mode. S\u2019instal.la un moble de fusta amb un vol, el sanitari nou, i es folren les parets amb microciment aconseguint un acabat molt mes net i modern.<\/p>\n

Finalment, es canvia tot el parquet de la vivenda i es canvien portes d\u2019accessos i armaris per unes blanques incloent els tiradors dels mateixos.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
